Return & Refund Policy

At Brijaura, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. While we take great care in ensuring that every item you receive meets our quality standards, we understand that issues may occasionally arise.
We accept returns only if the product you receive is defective, damaged during transit, or not what you ordered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging within seven (7) days of delivery. Products that are customized, personalized, or damaged due to mishandling by the customer cannot be returned or refunded.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it. If your return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment. If you wish to exchange an item, this will depend on stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error—for example, a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
